| Lot 97 | A smokebox numberplate, 43826, from a Midland Railway 2736 Class 0-6-0 No 3826 built at Derby in 1908, retaining this number in LMS days and becoming BR 43826. At Toton by January 1935, it remained there until moving in November 1959 to Gorton from where it was withdrawn on 14 November 1961 and subsequently scrapped. Ex loco condition. £300-500 |
