| Lot 282 | A GWR cabside numberplate, 6678, from a 5600 Class 0-6-2T built by Armstrong Whitworth, Works No 966, in September 1928. A long time Stourbridge engine, it was withdrawn from there in the week ending 28 November 1964 and taken for scrap by Cashmores at Great Bridge on 6 March 1965. Cast brass, the front repainted. £400-600 |
