| Lot 423 | A (GWR) cabside numberplate, 6995, from the 6959 Modified Hall Class 4-6-0, BENTHALL HALL, built at Swindon in December 1948 and named when built after the National Trust property four miles from Much Wenlock in Shropshire. Allocated new to Taunton on 21 December 1948 and later Cardiff Canton, Cardiff East Dock, Gloucester LMR, Gloucester WR and Worcester from where it was withdrawn on 26 March 1965 and sold for scrap to Birds Commercial Motors at Long Marston on 4 May 1965.
