A shedplate 34E Neasden (1949 to February 1958) then New England until January 1965 for steam, and September 1968 completely. The ex GCR shed at Neasden was home to over 80 locos in the 1950s, including several A3s and a handful of B1 Antelopes. It was transferred to the LMR (14D), and the ex GNR shed at New England (35A) took over the code. Well over 100 locos were housed at New England. It was noted for its A2s and latterly the displaced A3s and A4s from Kings Cross. Ex loco condition. £100-200 |
