| Lot 296 | A GWR cabside numberplate, 5669, from a 5600 Class 0-6-2T built at Swindon in June 1926. At Barry by January 1948, it spent of its BR days at Cardiff Cathays and Radyr with brief stays at Abercynon and Treherbert. It was withdrawn from Radyr in the week ending 5 September 1964 and sold for scrap to Woodham Bros at Barry on 19 November 1964. Cast iron, repainted. £300-500 |
