| Lot 188 | A worksplate, LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 3291, GATESHEAD WORKS, 1903, from a North Eastern Railway Class T, LNER Q5 Class, 0-8-0 No 1669 built at Gateshead in December 1903 and renumbered 3291 in 1946. It was allocated the BR number 63291 but this number had not been applied when it was withdrawn from its final shed, Middlesbrough, on 7 February 1949 and cut up at Darlington Works. Cast brass, 9"x5", in ex loco condition. £150-300 |
