Although some other locos were built by the Caledonian Railway at St Rollox Works in 1894, this plate is almost certainly from a Drummond 294 Class Standard Goods 0-6-0, all bar one of which survived into BR service numbered in the 573XX series. Cast brass, 10½"x6", the front repainted. £150-300 |
