| Lot 115 | A worksplate, LMS BUILT 1900, HORWICH. Locos built by the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway at its Horwich Works in 1900 included 1008 Class 2-4-2T, some of which survived into BR service as Class 2P numbered in the 50XXX series, and 11 Class 0-6-0, many of which survived into BR service as Class 3F numbered in the 52XXX series. Cast brass, 10½"x6", characters cleaned but otherwise unrestored. £150-300 |
