| Lot 475 | A (GWR) cabside numberplate, 8434, from a 9400 Class 0-6-0PT built by Bagnall, Works No 2944, and allocated new on 26 February 1953 to Old Oak Common where it spent all its short working life of six years until withdrawal on 15 June 1959. After a lengthy time in store, it was taken for scrap by Cashmores at Newport on 16 December 1960. Cast brass, the front repainted. £350-500 |
