| Lot 429 | A smokebox numberplate, 44559, from a Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway 0-6-0 No 59 built by Armstrong Whitworth, Works No 470, in April 1922. After the Railway's locos were absorbed into LMS stock in 1930, it became LMS Class 4F No 4559 and later BR 44559. Always a S&D allocated engine, it was withdrawn from Bath on 7 January 1963.
