| Lot 349 | A shedplate 6E Wrexham Rhosddu (1949 to February 1958), then Chester GWR (February 1958 to April 1960, finally Oswestry (September 1963 to January 1965). The ex GCR shed at Wrexham was home to 30 locos during this period, which included Sentinel 47184 and a pair of Y3 0-4-0Ts 68163 and 68164. The ex GWR shed at Chester, formerly 84K, exchanged regions and codes with Wrexham, and had 55 locos during this period. Finally ex Cambrian Railways Oswestry, formerly 89A and 89D, was transferred to the LMR and adopted this code and had just 12 locos on its books. Ex loco condition. £100-200 |
