A regimental crest from Class 55 Deltic D9021/55021 ARGYLL AND SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDER. Named at Stirling Station in November 1963, it received badges at a later date. One of the last Deltics to run, it was withdrawn in December 1981 and cut up in Doncaster works during August 1982. Chromed cast brass, 8½"x11", in ex loco condition with BR blue paintwork visible in places. £4500-6000 |
