| Lot 112 | A GWR cabside numberplate, 9776, from a 8750 Class 0-6-0PT built at Swindon in March 1936. At Gloucester by January 1948, its later sheds were Barry, Cardiff East Dock, Abercynon, Cardiff Cathays, Radyr, Merthyr and Oxley from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 16 April 1966 and taken for scrap by Cashmores at Great Bridge on 14 July 1966. Cast iron, the front repainted. £350-500 |
