A GNR three aspect handlamp with brass plate, ST JAMES DEEPING, (The Great Northern Railway Company name very worn), the case and top stamped GWR, and a relocation plate, FORDHAM added,( a station on the Great Eastern, Ely to Bury St Edmunds route, it closed in 1965.) The lamp is unrestored and complete with LNER doughnut shape vessel and interior fittings, unrestored, the front lens cracked. St James Deeping station was on the Peterborough to Spalding route and closed in 1961. £100-200 |
