| Lot 309 | A GWR cabside numberplate 2072 from a 2021 Class 0-6-0PT built at Wolverhampton, Works No 676, in November 1899. Allocated to Bristol Bath Road by January 1948 and later St Philips Marsh and Birkenhead from where it was withdrawn on 30 July 1956 and cut up at Swindon Works in the four weeks ending 8 September 1956. Cast brass, the front cleaned but unpainted. £800-1200 |
