A nameplate, IFORD MANOR, from the (GWR) Manor Class 4-6-0 No 7824 built at Swindon in December 1950 and named after the manor house near Bradford on Avon in Wiltshire. Allocated new to Gloucester its many later sheds were Laira, Newton Abbot, Shrewsbury, Penzance, Carmarthen, Tyseley, Stourbridge and Oxley from where it was withdrawn in the week ending 14 November 1964 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge, taken by them on 30 January 1965.
