A worksplate, BEYER PEACOCK, 1908, from a Taff Vale Railway Class O4 0-6-2T No 105 built by Beyer Peacock, Works No 5132, in June 1908. When the Railway and its locos was absorbed by the GWR in January 1922 it became GWR 236. At Abercynon by January 1948 and later Treherbert and Barry from where it was withdrawn on 12 January 1953 and cut up at Swindon Works during the four weeks ending 18 April 1953. Cast brass, 9¾"x 5¾", the front repainted. £200-350 |
